You can easily send access permits to your team members’ email or mobile phone via eMessukeskus.
The recipient can print the permit in advance through the link provided in the email, or it can also be printed at the Messukeskus entrances or at the Exhibition Office, where badge holders for the permits are also available.
You may create as many access permits as you need free of charge.
The Exhibitor Permit is intended for stand personnel during the exhibition. The permit is personal and valid throughout the build-up, event, and dismantling periods. The permit must be worn visibly at all times during the event. It also grants access to the Exhibitors’ Lounge and provides various benefits (such as the exhibitor lunch and discounts at NoHo Partners cafés).
The Builder Permit is valid only during the build-up and dismantling periods.
The environmental fee included in the Messustart package covers part of the costs for waste management and sorting. You may leave small waste items and your stand carpet (rolled up) at your stand. Please make sure to sort your exhibition waste properly.
It is not permitted to leave behind any stand or wall structures, or decorative items such as balloons or banners at Messukeskus. After the dismantling period, your stand area must be clean and empty. Please remove any large waste items and stand structures that require sorting.
Alternatively, you may leave waste at your stand, in which case a fee will be charged for sorting and logistics. Please agree on waste sorting arrangements in advance with your contact person.

During event
If you arrive by car, you may park in Kokousparkki or Messuparkki. Parking is available either in the Parking Hall (Ratapihantie 17) or in the Conference Wing car park (Ratamestarinkatu 13).
Parking is free of charge for up to one hour (60 minutes) during loading, build-up, and dismantling.
If unloading takes less than 60 minutes, you may exit the area without paying for parking.
If unloading takes more than 60 minutes, a parking fee must be paid.
Please remember to exit via the same route you entered, so that the barrier-free parking system correctly registers your vehicle.
Parking services and billing are handled by EuroPark.
The Exhibition Office is open as follows:
Tuesday, 25 November: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday, 26 November: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
NoHo Partners is responsible for all catering services at Messukeskus.
Through the NoHo partnership, our corporate clients have access to convenient digital snack, drink, and lunch vouchers. You can order QR code–based product vouchers for any desired amount and distribute them to users via email. The QR code on each voucher serves as a payment method at restaurant checkouts. Vouchers are invoiced based on actual use.
Orders for snack, drink, and lunch vouchers, as well as stand catering, are placed through the Catering Services online shop.
If you do not yet have a business account for the online shop, please create one first — you will then be able to select and order the desired products.
Restaurant Mesta serves the exhibitor lunch from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
The buffet includes the hot main course of the day with warm side dishes, a vegetarian option, a varied salad bar, a selection of breads and spreads, the dessert of the day, and coffee or tea.
The buffet lunch price is €17.20 per person (Exhibitor price: €14.60 per person). Lunch vouchers ordered in advance are accepted, or payment can also be made directly at the restaurant.
Exhibitors may enjoy complimentary coffee or tea (excluding specialty coffee) from event cafés by presenting their NA access permit at the checkout.
Do not leave valuables visible when the exhibition day ends. Make sure your insurance coverage is in order, and consider whether you need additional security equipment — such as display cases, locks, or security cables for computers or screens.
We are also fully equipped to assist with any specific security needs for your stand. Our security service partner, Securitas, can provide tailored solutions. You can find detailed information about these services in eMessukeskus, under Products and Services → Stand Services → Security.
All goods delivered to your exhibition stand must be clearly labelled to ensure correct handling and delivery within Messukeskus.

The password for the network can be found in eMessukeskus and will also be provided to you in a pre-event customer communication.
We also offer custom network solutions tailored to your company’s needs, available as either wired or wireless connections.
For practical assistance or additional information, please contact your Messukeskus representative.

Responsibility and Sustainability
We encourage our partners and all companies participating in the event to operate with sustainability in mind. Before attending, consider your supply chain, and the materials and methods you plan to use in your stand construction, logistics, and overall event participation. Plan your resources and purchases carefully to minimise waste, and think ahead about the reuse potential of your materials and structures. Your Messukeskus contact person will be happy to help you find responsible and sustainable participation solutions. We offer a wide range of options for using recycled and reusable materials — don’t hesitate to ask for more information.
Familiarise yourself in advance with the available options for sustainable participation. Together, we can help reduce the carbon footprint of the event.
The environmental fee included in the Messustart package covers part of the costs of waste management and sorting. You may leave small waste items and your stand carpet (rolled up) at your stand. Please make sure to sort your exhibition waste responsibly.
It is not permitted to leave behind stand or wall structures, or decorations such as balloons or banners at Messukeskus. After the dismantling period, your stand space must be clean and empty. Please take with you any large waste items or structures that require sorting.
Alternatively, you may leave your waste at the stand, in which case a fee will be charged for sorting and logistics. Please agree on waste handling in advance with your Messukeskus contact person.
